Virtual Re•Start Program for Stress, Anxiety + Burnout
Thursdays 2-3:30pm | April 1st – May 20th
This 8-week program will assist you in releasing and managing stress-overload, which can negatively impact your physical and mental health. Through online community, group process, and stress specific yoga + meditation it is designed to replace ineffective and destructive coping mechanisms. COVID proof, it can be done at home over Zoom. It combines evidence-based approaches with experiential transformation.
