Men’s Meditation Academy® (MMA) teaches men how to meditate using practical + straightforward techniques in a male positive environment.
You will NOT be asked to sit still in meditation for hours like a Zen monk! We will practice stress and tension release specific exercises, learn various meditation and breathing techniques and benefit from a helpful weekly Q+A.
Meditation for men has many benefits including maintaining a healthy sex drive, the ability to focus and reach goals as well as enhanced emotional intelligence. It also helps reduce stress, anxiety and aggressive behaviour.
MMA is place where men connect, laugh, learn, remove obstacles and amp up their energy, beginners are encouraged and welcome.
