Men’s Meditation Academy® (MMA) teaches men how to meditate using practical + straightforward techniques.
It is webinar style so you will not be on camera and you will NOT be asked to sit still in meditation for hours like a Zen monk!
We will practice stress and tension release specific exercises, learn various meditation and breathing techniques and benefit from a helpful live weekly Q+A.
Meditation for men has many benefits including maintaining a healthy sex drive, the ability to focus and reach goals as well as enhanced emotional intelligence. It also helps reduce stress, anxiety and aggressive behaviour.
MMA is a place where men remove obstacles, ask questions and amp up their energy. Beginners are welcome!
