Men’s Meditation Academy® (MMA) online teaches men how to meditate using practical + straightforward techniques.
It is a webinar style so you will not be on camera and you will NOT be asked to sit still in meditation for hours like a Zen monk!
We will practice stress and tension release specific exercises, learn various meditation and breathing techniques and benefit from a helpful live weekly Q+A.
Meditation for men has many benefits including maintaining a healthy sex drive, the ability to focus and reach goals as well as enhanced emotional intelligence. It also helps reduce stress, anxiety and aggressive behaviour.
MMA is place where men remove obstacles, ask questions and amp up their energy, beginners are encouraged and welcome.
Practice in a chair, on a cushion, classes are online every Sunday at 10am by donation.
