This 8-week group medical program will assist you in releasing and managing stress-overload, which can negatively impact your physical and mental health. Through community, group process, and stress specific yoga + meditation it is designed to replace ineffective and destructive coping mechanisms. It combines evidence-based approaches with experiential transformation.
